I am a doctoral level trained licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and over 10 years of experience. As a graduate of The Catholic University of America, I was trained as an integrationist. This means that I have been trained in a variety of therapy approaches as well as how to integrate them to best suite client's needs. I completed training at the Veterans Affairs Hospital, University of Maryland Consortium. I completed additional training following my doctorate, a fellowship, at Harvard Medical School, Boston University Medical School and the National Centers of PTSD specializing in the treatment of trauma. I have had advanced training in cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, emotion focused, and mindfulness and acceptance based interventions. For several years I also trained and supervised doctoral students in individual and couples therapy.
