I have extensive experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, as well as self esteem and relationship difficulties. I work with clients navigating struggles or dissatifaction within their career or educational endeavors. I also provide couples therapy and have expertise working with couples around improving emotional connection, intimacy and communication. In a supportive non-judgmental atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the growth and change they’re striving for.
